[ Our Story ]
A look across a room that said, “I see you.”
Some love stories begin with a grand gesture. Ours began quietly — a conversation that didn’t want to end, a laugh that felt like coming home. We built our life one adventure at a time. Puerto Vallarta sunsets. Late-night talks about everything and nothing. Learning each other’s rhythms — the way one of us always needs the window open, the way the other always steals the blanket.
And now, Montréal. A new chapter. A city that feels like it was waiting for us. On September 13, we’re making it official — not because we need a ceremony to know what we are, but because some things deserve to be said out loud, surrounded by the people who helped us become who we are.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Chic attire
Elevated & intentional — think suits, tailored separates, and dresses you feel like yourself in. September evenings in Montréal turn cool — bring a layer.

Where to lay your head
Pavillon Jamaïque sits on Île Sainte-Hélène — an island in the St-Lawrence, just across the river from downtown Montréal. A few of our picks below, plus the neighborhoods we love if you’d rather find your own hotel or Airbnb.
Our picks
Design-led and modern, perched between Old Montréal and downtown. The boutique pick.
Right downtown, two minutes from the metro. The easy button.
Marriott’s Autograph Collection — a sleek luxury tower downtown. The splurge.
Want to wander?
Plenty of guests will go the Airbnb route, or look beyond our picks. Here’s how Montreal’s neighborhoods read so you can pick your fit.
Closest neighborhood to the venue. Cobblestone streets, boutique hotels, and some of the best restaurants in the city. The “make a trip of it” pick.
Central, well-connected, the widest hotel inventory. The easy button — reliable and right in the middle of everything.
Café-and-bistro neighborhood energy. Lots of Airbnbs, very Montréal, a slightly slower pace if you want to feel like a local.
